Bangalore Ceramics produces a wide variety of vacuum brazed metal-ceramic seals using our own oxide ceramics. Ceramic-to-metal assembly is done in a clean environment followed by brazing in a well-controlled vacuum furnace.

Metal-to-ceramic seals feature a number of outstanding properties – they ensure maximum electrical insulation, are leak-tight even under extreme pressure and vacuum, highly corrosion-resistant and withstand temperatures from -200°C to more than 400°C.

Metal components with surface coating are also provided as per customer’s specification on post brazing assembly with gold, silver or nickel coating.

Depending on your material type and part geometry, our experienced engineers will develop the appropriate brazing joint design and process.
